Reading these terms

These terms apply when you use growthguild.live. Leave if you do not accept them. The law may still let you correspond with the company by other means.

What is published

The guild prints its name, address, phone, email, license number, and D-U-N-S so they can be verified. Service pages describe written notes. An offer exists only when a later written reply creates one.

Not observing or instrument advice

Text about a vista is a general description. It is not an observatory log, a telescope specification, or a booking for a sky viewing. Text about a nebula mark is also a general description. It is not a scientific classification, a catalog number assigned by this company, or a laboratory result. Running an observatory and selling optical equipment each have their own rules and risks. For a permit or a live operation, contact the local authority or a qualified practitioner. Do not treat a note on this site as a measurement or a quote for an instrument.

Digital notes beside the hair

Posting Slip, Seat Line, and Growth Tally are not a claim that the guild is an official partner, and they do not assure approval, installs, clicks, or revenue.

Declined requests

Guild mail is not a channel for review fraud, bounty installs, bulk account creation, account hire, bogus traffic, or rule evasion on a platform. Such a request is declined.

Attachments

Only attach material you are allowed to share. A password, a payment card, or another person's identity document should not be in the sight letter.

Drawings and text

Sight text and the eyepiece drawings are MCCUE NEBULAVISTA SYSTEMS LLC's, unless the passage is flagged as coming from your mail. A copy saved for your own check is permitted. Turning the pages into a product, or speaking as the guild, requires written consent.

Condition of the pages

The guild site stands as published. Law permitting, there is no warranty that every page will stay online or contain no error. Company Information is the page to use after a record is revised.

Indirect loss

MCCUE NEBULAVISTA SYSTEMS LLC does not accept indirect loss from use of the guild site or from reliance on a general sight note, in the cases where the law permits that limit. If the law forbids a disclaimer, that disclaimer is not used.

Leaving the site

Leaving growthguild.live by a link means the next site has its own terms. The guild page does not carry social or store links.

Kentucky law

The Commonwealth of Kentucky is the governing law for this page. A conflict rule that would point somewhere else is not used. Litigation, if any, is brought in a Kentucky court with jurisdiction.
